Corona Days Tips to Work Efficiently

Try to eat foods during the season. Sleep regularly to strengthen your immune system. Eat dark green vegetables, shell foods, milk and dairy products that support your melatonin level.
If it is difficult to exercise for 45 minutes every day (Pilates, fitness, yoga etc.), you can spread the day and make two sets of 20 minutes each. It is appropriate to work with a cardio-weighted and active legs set in the morning. You can devote the afternoon to ground exercises. 10-20 sit-ups, 10-20 push-ups, and 30 seconds plank on the ground will keep you fit for the rest of the day. Do stretching at the end of the day, increase your physical comfort by stretching your muscles.
Protect your psychology
Get a new challenge. Start trying something that can be done at home that you have been wanting to do for years but not. If there is someone in need near you, help them. You can take a nap
For many years, many studies say that a short nap at noon is beneficial for human health and increases efficiency. This is not possible while in the office, may be possible while working at home. But it’s a 10-15-minute sleep at most.

End the shift
